This lovely apartment of high standing is located in Le Tropical brand new building. You’ll enjoy the swimming pool (14m by 6m), the sea view on Ermitage’s lagoon. Saint-Gilles is very close.
The Escale Tropical apartment is for 4 people, with an atmosphere full of charm and a unique cachet. You are 4 minutes walk from the lagoon.
The apartment, fully air conditioned, is equipped with a living room (TV, WIFI) open on the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, espresso machine, microwave, electric kettle, hob). There are 2 double bedrooms (1 double bed of 160cm and 1 of 140cm), a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet (access is possible to wheelchairs).
Outside, you can enjoy its terrace with dining table and sofa overlooking the sea and the beautiful sunset.
Turned towards the sea and very calm you will profit intensely of your holidays. The apartment is also ideal for business trips, and offers an alternative to the hotel: what better in fact than to feel at home.
